
La Batanga
Ingredients:
- 2 oz. Rey Del Mundo Blanco
- .25 oz Fresh Lime Juice
- Mexican Coca-Cola
- Lime to Garnish
To Make:
- Salt the rim of a highball glass and fill it with ice
- Add Blanco tequila and lime juice
- Fill the rest of the glass with Mexican coke and stir with the knife used to cut the lime – to keep it authentic to traditional recipes
- Garnish with lime wheel

Rey Ranch Water
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Rey Del Mundo Blanco
- 1 tbsp. Lime Juice
- 6 oz Topo Chico
- Lime for Garnish
To Make:
- Fill glass half way with ice
- Top with fresh lime juice, Blanco tequila and then sparkling water
- Garnish with lime wheel

Jalisco Old Fashioned
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Rey Del Mundo Añejo
- .25 oz Simple Syrup
- 1 Dash Bitters
- Orange Peel for Garnish
To Make:
- Over a double old fashioned glass, use a vegetable peeler to take off two steps of orange zest. Make sure to express the oil into the glass
- Add Añejo tequila, simple syrup and bitters to glass
- Add ice – we recommend one large cube
- Stir and adjust sweetness to taste

Mexican 75
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Rey Del Mundo Reposado
- .5 oz Lime Juice
- .5 oz Simple Syrup
- 3 oz Champagne
- Lemon for Garnish
To Make:
- In a shaker with ice, add Reposado tequila, lemon and simple syrup
- Shake and strain into a champagne coupe
- Top with champagne
- Garnish with lemon twist

Mexican Martini
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Rey Del Mundo Blanco
- 1 oz Grand Marnier
- Splash of Fresh Lime Juice
- Splash of Orange Juice
- Splash of Olive Juice
- Splash of Simple Syrup
- Salt to Rim
To Make:
- Rim martini glass with lime and salt
- In a shaker with ice, add Blanco tequila, Grand Mariner, fresh lime juice, orange juice, olive juice and simple syrup
- Shake and strain into martini glass
